Your brain doesn&#39;t know the difference between real and imagined, so visualising the calm, confident, capable version of you? That&#39;s not fluff. That&#39;s neuroscience.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
You don&#39;t own your thoughts; they visit. You don&#39;t have to believe them.<br />
<br />
If you wouldn&#39;t say it to your best friend, don&#39;t say it to yourself either!<br />
<br />
Change the input... and you can change the outcome.</p>
