His company deals with advertising services for businesses and Ryan successfully grew MyOutreach from an idea to a multi-million pound company. He attended Bexley Grammar when he was young and talked to us about his journey from a student to a business owner. 

The session was made up of a talk on the importance of social skills and how to become more employable. He then also ran a short activity on interview skills and gave us tips on how to improve. 

The whole session was very useful and taught us how important it is to not only focus on academics but also how to prepare for our futures.
