Thinking before we speak helps us to stay calm, protects friendships, reduces drama and conflict, builds confidence and respect and spreads positivity. 'Think before you speak' isn’t just about being polite; it’s about caring for yourself and others. Your words have power, so use them to support your wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around you.
