Worry doesn't change the outcome

No matter how much you worry, it will not change the outcome.
You can rehearse every possible scenario.
You can brace yourself for the worst.
You can lie awake at night trying to 'figure it all out'.
And still, what's going to happen will happen.
If worrying can't change the outcome, then you don't have to carry it.
You don't have to spend today worrying or overthinking about what might/might not be.
Worry suggests protection, but it only steals the present moment.
Letting go of the worry doesn't mean you don't care, it means you are choosing to live instead of constantly preparing for what might go wrong.
It's scary to release control.
It's brave to sit with uncertainty.
And it's freeing to realise that you were never meant to hold it all together anyway.
